Responsibilities
Support month-end close while owning project budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
Partner with development and construction teams on budgets, draws, and project performance
Assist with corporate-level financial modeling and reporting
Track project costs, funding schedules, and key financial metrics
Help improve systems, processes, and reporting as the company scales
Qualification
Required
Real estate or development accounting/finance experience required
Strong analytical mindset with solid accounting fundamentals
Experience with project budgets, cash flow forecasting, or draw packages
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred
ERP experience (Sage Intacct or similar) a plus
