Responsibilities
Design and execute visual assets across digital, print, social, retail, and event platforms
Develop layouts, typography systems, and branding elements that align with 100%’s identity
Support product launches, campaigns, lookbooks, packaging, and promotional materials
Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams from concept through execution
Maintain consistency across brand touchpoints while pushing creative quality forward
Prepare production-ready files and manage multiple projects under tight timelines
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
Strong foundation in typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy
Excellent attention to detail and production knowledge
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Ability to take direction, give feedback, and collaborate effectively within a team
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept, craft, and consistency
Preferred
Motion design experience (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
3D skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, Octane, Reshift, or similar)
Experience in sports, action sports, or lifestyle brands
Understanding of product, apparel, or performance-driven design
