Responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously enhance financial planning tools, processes, and reporting frameworks to improve scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency
Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
Partner cross-functionally to monitor performance metrics, assess financial results, and provide clear insights to support cash flow planning and resource deployment
Own the development of complex financial models to support scenario analysis, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making
Prepare and manage the annual planning and budgeting cycle in coordination with accounting, treasury, tax, and investment partners
Conduct deep-dive analysis of financial results, producing forecasts and variance explanations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Build internal valuation models using detailed balance sheet analysis and capital distribution waterfall methodologies
Lead strategic initiatives and special projects, delivering data-driven recommendations that support long-term financial and business objectives
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of translating financial analysis into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and business partners
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, coupled with 8–10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and strategic analysis
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with strong time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Advanced financial modeling and analytical expertise, including scenario planning, sensitivity testing, and strategic forecasting
