Responsibilities
Run day-to-day office administration across two offices in one location
Be the reliable, go-to support for Project Managers and leadership
Coordinate documentation, reporting, and internal workflows
Support project cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting (not accounting entries)
Work closely with PMs, AP, and AR to help projects reach positive financial outcomes
Use Excel to organize, track, and communicate project and office data
Help improve office systems, visibility, and efficiency as the team grows, experience with office moves is a strong plus
Viewpoint experience is a plus, not required
Qualification
Required
Strong office administrator or project admin background (construction or project-driven environment preferred)
Comfortable working with financial data and project reports, but not an accounting role
Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Open to learning project controls and growing with the business
Strong office or project administration experience
Comfortable with numbers and Excel, but admin-focused
Organized, reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
Preferred
Experience with office moves is a strong plus
Viewpoint experience is a plus, not required
