Responsibilities
Manage daily and weekly schedule for receiving, inventory activity, and loading trucks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Manage warehouse team members
Navigate and update PMC’s ERP and inventory systems to provide an accurate picture of the current state of product on hand
Write daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for assigned staff to achieve department goals
Manage the returned goods area to minimize the time spent and amount of product held as PMC stock
Provide accurate monthly storage and labor usage for billing purposes
Manage demo, loaner, and PMC stock to ensure the optimal usage of these items
Ensure accuracy of the services provided, including
Inventory
Receiving, noting discrepancies and damage
Quality of truck loading
Location tracking of pre-sold products
Maintain safety standards for all warehouse functions, ensuring that all machinery, resources, and assets are being used properly according to OSHA standards
Maintain trucks through regular maintenance program, maintain vehicle registration, and conduct periodic spot checks
Source the best price and highest quality for all warehouse supplies
Maintain the warehouse and parking lot to provide a clean and safe working environment
Write processes and procedures to continually improve all areas of responsibility
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
5 years' of warehouse experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
