Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Prepare and review reconciliations for revenue, expense, and bank accounts
Support intercompany and intracompany accounting activities
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Evaluate existing workflows and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Develop documentation and standardized procedures for GL-related tasks
Collaborate with internal teams on accounting inquiries and reporting needs
Assist with audit support and provide documentation as required
Contribute to special projects assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Minimum 5 years of GL accounting experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with general accounting systems (any ERP experience acceptable)
