Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of customer implementations, guiding projects from initial proof of concept through stable, production deployment
Work side-by-side with client teams to design and launch real-world voice AI solutions that integrate into existing workflows
Develop deep expertise in crafting high-performing voice agent experiences, including advanced LLM prompting strategies and optimization techniques
Build and maintain full-stack integrations using Python, JavaScript, and APIs to connect AI agents with enterprise platforms such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools
Collaborate with sales and customer stakeholders to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and present technical solution designs
Define project scope, manage timelines, surface risks early, and keep cross-functional teams aligned with clear, concise communication
Troubleshoot issues in live environments, improving system reliability, responsiveness, and overall user experience
Turn successful deployment patterns into reusable tools, frameworks, and internal best practices
Channel insights from customer engagements into product feedback and go-to-market improvements
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Program Management, Customer Engineering, Support Engineering, or as a technical founder
Strong communicator who can clearly explain sophisticated technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
Track record of delivering production systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Ability to write clean, production-level code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
Working knowledge of LLM-driven applications and how model behavior shapes end-user experience
Experience connecting software systems through APIs and working with common enterprise technology stacks
Comfort operating under pressure, proactively managing risks, and maintaining forward momentum across multiple stakeholders
