Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and support the Epic HBPB team, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement
Mentor and develop team members, including colleagues hired in 2024
Partner closely with business and operational stakeholders to align Epic functionality with organizational needs
Collaborate with an external Project Management consultant (remote) supporting active initiatives
Maintain strong governance, organization, documentation, and prioritization across initiatives
Provide leadership continuity while transitioning into an existing management function
Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business operations

Qualification

Epic application experienceHealthcare business operationsManaging technical teamsStakeholder managementOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
8+ years of IT experience with direct Epic application experience required
Strong knowledge of healthcare business operations
Proven experience managing, mentoring, and leading technical teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Master's degree (MSA or related field) strongly preferred and may offset years of experience
Experience working alongside distributed teams or remote consultants
Epic HBPB and claims experience is a major plus
