Qualification

Need some independence
Being able to coordinate with client stakeholders
Exercise some decision making skills to figure out right prioritization
Preferred
If they have the ability to use a screwdriver, make some minor repairs
Light technical, mechanical, plumbing
MS Office Suite would be a plus
