Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, planning, reporting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance
Manage the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights that support decision-making and drive organizational growth
Advise on the financial feasibility of new programs and business development opportunities
Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency across financial processes
Monitor daily operating results to ensure revenues, expenses, and labor remain within performance targets
Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
Oversee financial risk management, internal controls, and audit functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in a related field required
5 years of progressive experience in hospital finance operations, in leadership positions preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work with a high degree of independence and possess strong judgment
Preferred
Masters degree in Hospital Administration or Business Administration preferred
5 years of progressive experience in hospital finance operations, in leadership positions preferred
