Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 desk-side support to internal customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and a positive service experience
Collaborate as part of a project team responsible for hardware removal and deployment of new mobile devices, including laptops and monitors
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 Apps for Business
Deliver high-quality customer service and consistently demonstrate reliability and job performance
Apply ITIL knowledge to manage IT services and resolve complex technical issues

Windows 10 troubleshootingMicrosoft 365 Apps deploymentDesktop Support experienceITIL knowledgeCommunication skills

Required

College degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in Desktop Support or laptop configuration and deployment
5+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with Windows 10
5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Apps for Business deployments
Proficiency in resolving end-user software application, PC, and web browser errors
Strong understanding of ITIL best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
