Responsibilities

Build and execute campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including setup, segmentation, testing, scheduling, deployment, and reporting
Create multi‑channel customer journeys using Journey Builder (email, messaging, webinars, landing pages, forms, etc.)
Set up and manage webinar programs, including invitations, reminders, and form workflows
Create and maintain lists, segments, and data extensions
Troubleshoot and debug issues in marketing systems to ensure successful campaign delivery
Optimize marketing automation flows for engagement and scalability
Provide campaign‑level reporting across email, webinars, ads, and other channels
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to advise on best practices and ensure timely, high‑quality execution
Conduct full QA for all marketing materials prior to launch

Qualification

Required

6 years of experience with over 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Experience managing large‑scale digital marketing campaigns across email, ads, and other channels
Strong understanding of email marketing strategy and best practices
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong QA mindset and attention to detail
Experience with global B2B or B2C digital marketing programs

Preferred

Strong technical SFMC knowledge (configuration, customization, integrations)
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
Experience building or supporting webinar programs
SQL skills a plus
CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
Ability to quickly become a power user in new tools
