Responsibilities
Providing administrative support delegated from the Executive Director and Treatment Team
Engage in constant communication with Executive Director and residential team, looking to provide support wherever needed
Assist with marketing materials and strategic planning as assigned
Responsible for responding to delegated calls and emails. Occasionally providing information to families and referral sources about our services
Participate in leadership meetings as necessary
Assist in the facilitation of program events
Coordinate and facilitate family and referral partner tours as necessary
Help collaborate with the residential team on admissions processes
Coordinate and distribute student and family outcome data
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, confident in speaking with cross-functional staff, leadership, and external stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail, comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Ability to quickly learn new computer programs and internet applications
Ability to develop efficient processes
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
