They are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Management team, manage payroll, and handle various office responsibilities to ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities
Compute and process weekly payroll
Ensure accurate and timely payment of accounts payable invoices
Serve as a liaison between office staff and home office personnel
Implement human resources policies and procedures
Manage sensitive and confidential personnel matters and office records
Coordinate and assist with the pre-employment process as well as new hire orientation activities
Prepare correspondence, inter-office memos, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed for communication between management and office staff
Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and office equipment in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment by inspecting and scheduling maintenance
Organize and plan events and travel as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Proficient knowledge of various computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong computer, typing, and problem solving skills
Demonstrates high initiative
Ability to maintain and project professional behavior
