Responsibilities
Support a Program Manager in one of our ongoing initiatives (e.g., product council preparation, initiative intake, or dependency mapping)
Work with the TPgM team to build tools such as trackers, dashboards, and playbooks that improve execution and visibility
Contribute to the organization of knowledge repositories (Confluence, Slack, Jira) to make program documentation more accessible
At times interface with Product, Engineering, and Data leaders to collect updates, dependencies, or risks
Work autonomously on small work packages that support portfolio coordination and governance
Attend internal program syncs and cross-functional team meetings to observe program orchestration in action
Support preparation of governance materials (e.g., initiative summaries, scorecards, leadership decks)
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Familiarity with productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence)
Curiosity about program management, product development, and technology strategy
