Responsibilities
Business-to-Business (B2B) Interactions: The role focuses on engaging with other businesses in the healthcare sector. This involves contacting potential clients, such as hospitals, clinics, or medical practices, to introduce them to us
Referrals: A key component of the job is to generate referrals. This means that you’ll need to build relationships with current providers and leverage these connections to obtain new client referrals
Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to articulate our services in a clear and persuasive manner. This involves both verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Medical Sales or the Healthcare Industry: Familiarity with sales processes, client management, industry-specific strategies, and knowledge of the healthcare environment helps in understanding each client's needs and navigating industry-specific challenges
Knowledge of ABA Services: Knowing the services offered, how they are delivered, and their impact on healthcare delivery is important
Ability to Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Developing strong, trust-based relationships with clients is essential. This involves regular communication, follow-ups, and providing excellent customer service
Client Retention: Maintaining these relationships over time to ensure repeat business and referrals is a key aspect of the role
Remote Work: As a remote role, you'll need to be comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively without direct supervision
