Onboarding Specialist
Magnitude Consulting is a fast-growing SaaS company building an intelligent workflow and client collaboration platform. They are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support SMB customers through implementation, training, and early adoption of the platform, focusing on onboarding and relationship management.
Responsibilities
Own customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live
Conduct onboarding, discovery, and training video calls with new customers
Manage a portfolio of onboarding customers simultaneously
Partner with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and clear customer goals
Serve as the primary customer contact during onboarding and early lifecycle stages
Identify onboarding risks and proactively drive customer engagement
Create onboarding resources including guides, training materials, and videos
Capture customer feedback to help improve product and internal processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in a customer-facing SaaS role (Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, Training, or Support)
Experience managing onboarding and customer relationships end-to-end
Comfortable spending most of the day on customer discovery video calls and training sessions
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Coachable, collaborative, and comfortable operating as an individual contributor
Candidates must be based in the United States and able to work Pacific Time Zone hours
Preferred
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
Exposure to bookkeeping or accounting workflows
Experience working with platforms such as CRM tools, onboarding software, workflow automation tools, or customer communication platforms
