Responsibilities
Lead design and development of fault-tolerant applications using TAL, C, or C++
Build and support real-time dispatching, control, and scheduling systems
Work with NonStop SQL/MX, SQL/MP, Enscribe, and Pathway
Analyze performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system availability
Collaborate with business, QA, and infrastructure teams
Support modernization and hybrid integrations (REST APIs, NSHTTP, iTP WebServer)
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of hands-on HPE NonStop (Tandem) development experience
Strong expertise in NonStop databases, performance tuning, and 24/7 systems
Experience in mission-critical or transportation/dispatching environments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
HPE NonStop certification
