Work closely with a collaborative litigation team in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
CALIFORNIA BARRED ATTORNEY
MUST BE CURRENTLY CALIFORNIA BARRED (AND HAVE DONE CALIFORNIA LITIGATION FOR 3 YEARS MINIMUM)
3+ years of civil litigation experience
Active California Bar license in good standing
Federal court experience required
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Consumer protection, personal injury, or similar litigation experience is a plus
