Responsibilities
Lead and manage tax engagements for a diverse client base, with a strong focus on individual (1040) and business tax returns
Review complex federal and state tax filings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and tax optimization
Provide proactive tax planning, strategy, and advisory support to clients
Mentor, develop, and oversee tax staff and managers to maintain high service standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted tax advisor
Support firm growth through client retention, referrals, and business development initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of tax experience within public accounting
Strong hands-on experience with 1040 tax work
CPA license
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams
Deep technical tax knowledge with excellent problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree required
