Responsibilities
Greets clients, visitors, and parents
Answer and properly route calls to the designated person
Assist staff/clients with check-in/check-out processes
Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the clinic
Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and therapy rooms
Performs other related duties as assigned
Assist in maintaining client emergency binders, supply list(s)
This role involves teamwork and collaboration with both our administrative and clinic staff
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Strong communication & collaboration skills
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems (ie: computers, Microsoft Office, Google-Suite applications, EMR systems)
Ability to keep the clinic clean and orderly
Ability to interact with staff & visitors in the clinic while remaining professional, polite, and courteous
Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 25lbs
