Program Supervisor
The Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) is a social and human services agency dedicated to partnering with families and the community to strengthen families and ensure safety for Arizona’s children. The Program Supervisor leads a team to support the quality of contracted services, ensuring compliance with standards and effective service delivery to children and families.

Responsibilities
Oversees the daily operations of Program Fidelity, including development, sampling, monitoring, and review of contracted DCS programs. Facilitates data reviews with stakeholders, provides coaching on fidelity and site visit expectations, and leads related meetings
Provides direct supervision and professional development to the unit through regular 1:1s, performance management, quality assurance reviews, and coaching. Leads team meetings, gembas, and huddles to support alignment and continuous improvement
Maintains strong relationships with contracted service providers and internal/external stakeholders, and ensures staff do the same. Facilitates problem-solving and participates in cross-functional meetings, including jointly coordinating quarterly provider meetings. Travel may be required for official state business
Provides technical assistance and coordination to DCS and contracted programs. Conducts trainings to inform staff and providers about available services for children and families, in conjunction with Learning and Development
Monitors and interprets data related to contracted programs. Participates in the development of goals, objectives, and data plans in collaboration with the Practice and Program Services Manager and Procurement to ensure alignment with Department needs

Qualification
Required
Master's or Bachelor's degree in social work or in a related field with 4 years of social service experience
Experience in child welfare or other work with children and families in a social service situation
Possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment
Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver's license record checks
Must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any driver training
Employees may be required to use their own transportation as well as maintain valid motor vehicle insurance and current Arizona vehicle registration
Employees must clear the DCS Central Registry
All newly hired State employees are subject to and must successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
