Required

Sales knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and upselling or cross-selling potential
Leadership and team management capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and improve processes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Preferred
Relevant experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Master's degree is preferred
