Qualification
Required
Proven leadership and strategic management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving organizational growth
Extensive experience in investment management, portfolio analysis, and venture capital processes, including due diligence and financial modeling
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to build relationships with investors, partners, and portfolio companies
Deep understanding of market trends, economic drivers, and industry dynamics, particularly in technology and startup ecosystems
Track record of successful decision-making in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
Proficiency in financial analysis tools, software platforms, and presentation development skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment
