Responsibilities

Develops, updates, and maintains master project schedules (design, procurement, right-of-way, construction) using Oracle Primavera P6
Reviews, analyzes, and approves baseline schedules and monthly updates submitted by contractors, ensuring conformance with contract requirements
Performs Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and delay analysis to forecast and report on project trends and risks
Coordinates with project managers, construction managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data, manage dependencies, and support decision-making
Prepares detailed schedule analysis reports, presentations, and dashboard graphics for project progress meetings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field

Mastery of Oracle Primavera P6 (specifically R16.2 or higher) is essential
Strong understanding of scheduling principles, CPM, and cost-loaded schedules

Preferred

Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification
