Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Conduct warm calls to potential clients to generate leads and nurture relationships
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing sales data
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective strategies that align with sales goals
Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction
Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management

Required

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in business process and strategic technology solutions (which can involve hardware, software, and/or professional services/consulting solutions) to targeted accounts located in surrounding areas

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing accounts and driving team collaboration
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales performance
Strong analytical skills to assess market data and inform strategic planning
Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment
A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving results
