AgreeYa Solutions is a global Systems Integrator seeking an experienced Production & Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations and production of prepaid airtime cards. The Analyst will coordinate production schedules, maintain records, process purchase orders and invoices, and ensure timely and defect-free product delivery.

Responsibilities

Support production of prepaid airtime cards and collateral
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Maintain production trackers, schedules, and documentation
Ensure adherence to approved specifications and quality standards
Escalate and help resolve production or delivery issues
Create and manage purchase orders (POs)
Review, process, and track vendor invoices
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting
Follow step-by-step operational procedures
Support POSA-related administrative activities
Ensure compliance with internal policies and QA standards
Prepare basic reports and production status updates
Communicate timelines and updates to stakeholders
Support ad-hoc operational tasks

Qualification

Operations experienceSAP/OFS experienceExcel proficiencyAttention to detailCommunication skillsIssue identification

Required

Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred
2+ years in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or production support
Experience with repetitive, process-driven admin work
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to follow structured processes
Strong communication skills
Issue identification and escalation ability

Preferred

Prepaid cards, POSA, SAP/OFS experience is a plus
Excel proficiency (tracking, formulas, pivots preferred)
