Vice President of Sales
Pro-Active Engineering, a Tide Rock portfolio company, is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale sales across a multi-site Electronics Manufacturing Services platform. This role focuses on aligning sales strategy and driving sustainable, profitable growth in complex, high-reliability markets.
Responsibilities
Lead and integrate sales across a multi-site EMS organization, aligning teams, processes, and operating cadence
Establish and execute a unified sales strategy in partnership with the CEO and leadership team
Drive pricing strategy, margin discipline, and deal structure across complex prototype-to-production programs
Oversee long-cycle, engineering-led sales motions from initial engagement through production ramp
Build forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and sales KPIs to support predictable growth
Partner closely with engineering, operations, and production to align customer commitments with manufacturing capabilities
Build, coach, and lead a scalable sales organization that balances new logo development with long-term account growth
Qualification
Required
10+ years of sales leadership experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, PCBA, or closely related industries
Proven success leading sales in multi-site, complex manufacturing environments, including integration of teams and processes
Deep understanding of PCBA, box build, and value-added manufacturing services
Track record managing long, complex sales cycles and enterprise customer relationships
Strong background in pricing strategy, margin management, and commercial rigor
Experience building sales operating cadence, forecasting discipline, and KPI-driven execution
Preferred
Experience selling into aerospace & defense and/or high-reliability industrial markets strongly preferred
