Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Medical Affairs Directors and the department
Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and scheduling needs
Collect and validate contract submission details, including: Consultant name, company, title, contact details Contract type, duration, services, pay rate, and financial caps CVs and consultant criteria
Conduct exclusion checks (OIG, FDA, SAM/EPLS)
Prepare and submit required documentation for processing
Coordinate review processes for HCPs requiring special rate approval or those who are non‑physicians
Request or update Supplier IDs in relevant systems for new or inactive consultants
Process Schedule B documentation for completed services through internal systems
Submit out‑of‑pocket expense requests using appropriate platforms
Provide administrative and process support for: Consulting Agreements Master Service Agreements

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Strong customer service mindset and commitment to high‑quality support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong grammar and presentation abilities
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and strong typing capability
