Responsibilities

Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support business processes
Design, develop, and maintain plugins, workflows, and business process flows using C#
Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and existing internal systems
Perform hands-on configuration and development directly within Dynamics 365 modules
Collaborate directly with end users to gather requirements and support multiple concurrent initiatives

Qualification

Microsoft Dynamics 365C#SQL ServerPower AutomateDB2JavaScriptHTMLCSS

Required

2+ years of experience configuring, customizing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365
Hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Service modules
Strong experience with SQL Server and/or DB2 databases
Experience developing plugins and Power Automate flows

Preferred

Experience supporting insurance or financial services environments
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
Full lifecycle development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
