Responsibilities

Promote and ensure the consistent adoption of Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices throughout the Enabling Solutions team by providing guidance, training, and support to team members
Lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies—including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives—while continuously assessing and implementing improvements to team processes for enhanced collaboration and efficiency
Oversee the development, maintenance, and regular review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Aids for the Enabling Solutions team; collaborate with stakeholders to update documentation and actively communicate changes to ensure team alignment and understanding
Generate, analyze, and distribute Jira reports to monitor team performance, track progress on sprint goals and deliverables, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making
Plan, coordinate, and execute a portfolio of projects and annual programs for the Enabling Solutions team, ensuring milestones are met, resources are managed effectively, and objectives align with organizational strategy
Administer and improve the HR incident management process by tracking incidents, facilitating timely resolution, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with HR and relevant departments to ensure compliance and effective issue handling
Work with the leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement across the portfolio team, gain consensus and implement the opportunities

Required

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and 3 years of experience sufficient to perform the key accountabilities of the job required
Ability to convey ideas and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences at all levels in a clear, compelling, and succinct way with effective written and verbal communications
Experience with managing work within an Agile framework required
Experience with Atlassian's Jira required
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others to create a positive and productive team environment
Effective project management and organizational skills that includes proactive planning and delivering results
Ability to work well independently, set goals aligned to expectations, be versatile, and demonstrate initiative
Diligence and relentless commitment to follow-through
Strong critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail
Ability to quickly adjust plans and strategies to accommodate new information or circumstances
Adept at problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation
