Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Pega-based automation solutions for complex business processes
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing workflow and case management systems
Leverage Pega AI and decisioning capabilities to orchestrate intelligent business processes
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and objectives
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Perform process analysis, gap analysis, and optimization of existing workflows
Support structured finance use cases such as deal lifecycle management, approvals, compliance, and reporting
Own and manage the product backlog , prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
Act as the primary liaison between business, engineering, and QA teams
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
Guide development teams through implementation, testing, and deployment
Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership
Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform (workflow automation, case management, integrations)
Experience designing business process automation and orchestration solutions
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
Structured finance domain experience (e.g., securitization, asset-backed finance, deal structuring)
Experience with Pega AI, decisioning, and rules-based automation
Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, or LSA)
Background in financial services, banking, or capital markets
