Responsibilities
Develops and customizes applications on the ServiceNow platform
Works with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped apps
Uses JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes
Designs workflows and Flow Designer automations
Builds and configures forms, tables, and CMDB integrations
Creates REST/SOAP integrations with external systems
Manages ACLs, roles, and security best practices
Performs upgrades, testing, and debugging in dev/test/prod
Collaborates with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
Ensures performance, scalability, and platform best practices
Qualification
Required
