Responsibilities
Modeling bank processes utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to provide a visual representation of the sequence of business activities and information flows
Facilitate process subject matter experts to provide content necessary to complete process maps
Lead and facilitate teams of process owners and subject matter experts in documenting their process activities end-to-end
Design and deliver process hierarchy for an organization and/or enterprise
Deliver process map artifacts
Manage projects and changes
Proficient in MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Qualification
Required
Experience in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
Ability to lead and facilitate teams of process owners and subject matter experts in documenting their process activities end-to-end
Experienced in designing and delivering process hierarchy for an organization and/or enterprise
Highly organized and efficient in the delivery of process map artifacts
Experienced in project management and change management
Proficient in MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Minimum 5 years of process management experience
Preferred
Desired certifications: Six Sigma/Lean
