Handle contested matters such as judicial foreclosures, replevin actions, and borrower‑related disputes
Develop case strategy, conduct legal analysis, negotiate settlements, and provide timely updates to clients
Ensure files comply with state, federal, and client‑specific requirements; assist staff with procedural guidance
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor and active Texas bar license
3-5+ years of experience handling contested litigation for financial institutions
Experience across all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial prep, trial, and appeals
Strong legal research, writing, communication, and organizational skills suited for a high‑volume docket
Ability to collaborate with operational staff and support streamlined litigation procedures
