Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for ADP Workforce Now, with a focus on configuration, enhancements, and maintenance
Configure and support modules including Core HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent, and system security
Lead system testing for new features, releases, and upgrades to ensure successful deployment
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS issues; partner with HR and Payroll teams to implement long-term solutions
Maintain data integrity, including routine audits, cleanup, and validation
Build and optimize workflows, approval processes, and business rules within ADP Workforce Now
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business needs
Support end users by providing training, documentation, and day-to-day system assistance
Collaborate with HR leadership on HRIS-related projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of HRIS experience
hands-on configuration expertise in ADP Workforce Now
Strong understanding of HR operations, workflows, and employee data structures
Experience with report writing and data analytics within ADP WFN
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
HRIS-related certifications or ADP credentials
