Responsibilities
Assist onsite Integration team in estimations, Proof of concepts, definition, designs of robust and efficient Integration solutions
Prepare/Enhance Detailed Design Documentation (Field Mapping, Data Model definitions, Rules Definition etc) as needed to support Integration development
Assist Onsite/Offshore teams and in certain cases be responsible - in solutioning of complex Integration by developing and demonstrating solutions using Proof Of Concepts
Configure/Build/Develop Policy Center Integration in accordance to the design documentation
Configure/Build/Develop GW Integration components (Using GOSU, Rules Engine, Data Model, PCF, Wizards, Workflow, Activity and Product Model development etc.)
Identify and develop reusable framework, Integration components to be used as is on multiple projects
Unit and Functional Test developed Integration Solutions using GUnit, Mockito Automated and Manual
Prepare Build and Implementation plans for Integration work stream and report Integration work stream status
Lead, Manage teams of 5-10 developers and be responsible for team velocity in delivering Integration user stories on time
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of Guidewire development experience with 5+ Years of GW Integration experience and 3+ Years of GW Policy Center Integration experience
Experience with full SDLC and appreciation for Iterative (Agile) development lifecycle as used in GW implementations
Need strong experience on Integration Gateways
Hands on GW Implementation Proficiency and Experience in GW Integration Development - Expertise configuring and developing several areas of Policy Center
Robust understanding of Policy Center DataModel
Experience in GW Integration Development (Expertise in GOSU, LOB Integration, Rules Engine, Data Model, PCF, Wizards, Workflow and Activity)
Experience with XML, GUnit, Jenkins, GIT/Subversion/TFS, Code Coverage and Code Scan Plugin/Tools
Experience with Application Servers like WebSphere, Weblogic, JBoss and/or Tomcat
Experience with Database Servers like SQL Server, Oracle, and/or DB2
Leadership Assertive, Sharp with ability to inspire, bring out the best in individuals and develop a strong Integration team to deliver quality Integrations
Excellent communication skills, Onsite Offshore co-ordination
Insurance Industry and Domain Knowledge
