Compliance Analyst
Atlas is seeking a Compliance Analyst to provide support during team leaves and increased business activity related to product launches. The role focuses on ensuring continuity of Compliance operations, including monitoring, auditing, policy support, and vendor due diligence.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day Compliance operations, including:
Assist with monitoring activities to help ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
Support audit preparation and execution, including documentation review, tracking, and follow-up on findings
Contribute to the development and refresh of compliance policies, SOPs, guidance documents, and training materials
Support due diligence processes for new and existing vendors/suppliers, including review and coordination of required documentation
Assist with review of transparency-related data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for reporting
Provide other compliance operational support as needed to support business continuity and launch readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree OR Paralegal Certification
Consulting firm experience with life science or healthcare clients (3-5 years)
Healthcare Compliance experience in life science or healthcare organizations (3-5 years)
Paralegal experience in a law firm specializing in healthcare (3-5 years)
Excellent writing, communication, and documentation skills
Exceptional judgment and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to work across stakeholders
Experience supporting data review and documentation processes
Experience with monitoring, auditing, and structured compliance workflows
Ability to support policy and training development (drafting, formatting, refining)
