The role requires deep technical expertise in Windchill implementations and legacy PLM data migration, along with strong leadership skills to drive complex PLM transformation programs.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM implementation initiatives
Drive legacy PLM data migration to Windchill, including:
Data assessment, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation
Migration strategy, tooling, execution, and post-migration support
Act as onsite PLM Lead, working closely with:
Client business and engineering teams
System integrators
Offshore development and support teams
Provide technical leadership and hands-on configuration/customization of Windchill
Define PLM architecture, integration approaches, and best practices
Support requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation
Review and guide offshore team deliverables to ensure quality and timelines
Participate in cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support
Mentor junior team members and contribute to long-term PLM roadmap planning
Qualification
Required
12+ years of overall IT / PLM experience
Strong hands-on expertise with PTC Windchill
Proven experience in legacy PLM data migration to Windchill
Deep understanding of: Windchill PDMLink, WTParts, Documents, BOMs, Change Management
Data migration tools, scripts, and validation processes
Experience working with System Integrators
Prior role as Lead / Senior Consultant on similar PLM engagements
Strong experience working in Onsite–Offshore delivery models
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
Preferred
Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Elevator domain
Windchill integrations with ERP or downstream systems
Prior Contract-to-Hire or long-term consulting engagements
PTC certifications (Windchill)
