Responsibilities
Support the Advanced Molecular Detection (AMD) / Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) project
Building, enhancing, and supporting complex integration solutions that enable efficient data exchange across public health systems
Design, automate, and maintain robust data workflows in a mission-critical environment
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine (v6+)
5+ years experience with Symphonia Mapping Language (SML)
5+ years experience with HL7 (v2.3.1–2.5.1; ORU & ORM message types)
2+ years experience with XML / XSD / XPath
3+ years experience writing advanced SQL queries and joins
5+ years experience with JavaScript
2+ years experience with SOAP web services
Preferred
Windows Server OS administration
Public Health, Disease Surveillance Systems, or LIMS experience
Excel with VBA macros, Power Automate, or Flow
Knowledge of LOINC and SNOMED
Experience with DevOps tools and Jira
REDCap experience
Familiarity with FASTQ files and demultiplexing
Rhapsody Certification (Must list specific certification(s) clearly on resume)
