Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts to meet evolving business needs
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions while troubleshooting access issues
Ensure data integrity through audits, deduplication, and validation rules; perform imports/exports using tools like Data Loader
Implement and maintain security measures, including field-level security and sharing rules
Build and optimize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
Design and deploy process automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes to reduce manual work
Support release management activities, including sandbox refreshes, testing, and deployment coordination
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) preferred
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation
Preferred
Advanced Salesforce certifications beyond ADM-211
Experience with ECS or related platforms
