Responsibilities

Accurately input new job requisitions from VMS platforms into internal systems
Update job records as changes are received from the VMS
Receive and process resumes from Account Managers, utilizing internal tools to fulfill client requirements in a timely manner
Respond promptly to system alerts and required actions
Communicate with Account Managers to clarify and resolve any data deficiencies
Maintain high standards of data quality, completeness, and consistency
Support miscellaneous projects and administrative tasks, such as spreadsheet management, data cleanup, and creating training documentation

Qualification

Microsoft Office SuiteAdobe AcrobatGoogle DriveMultitasking skillsAttention to detailCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

1+ years of experience in a support/administrative role
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel)
2+ years of experience with Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Google Drive
