Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform a variety of administrative tasks for supervisor and team including managing calendars and scheduling meetings
Coordinate meeting logistics (room reservations, catering, A/V, etc.)
Answer phones
Draft memos
Support the execution of a variety of communications and prospect/donor engagement strategies
Oversee the reimbursement and invoice process
Help manage vendor relationships
Effectively work with external, inter- and intra-departmental teams to support the VP of Major Gifts and the team
Assist with database entry to help track fundraising activity
Pull lists and queries from the database as needed/requested
Plan and execute other projects as assigned within scope of responsibility
Provide training and orientation for new staff
Troubleshoot office technologies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED or Foreign equivalent
Two years of experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
Competent English grammar and composition skills
Preferred
Associate's Degree
Three years of experience
Typing at 50 words per minute
Software specific to departmental needs
Experience specific to area of support
