They are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer Lead to serve as a hands-on technical leader within a Platform Engineering team, responsible for architecting and delivering enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform while leading technical teams through the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Architect and deliver enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Lead technical teams through the full SDLC, from design and development to deployment
Design scalable solutions aligned to business and platform requirements
Write and review custom code for integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements
Serve as the hands-on technical authority across projects, actively involved in decision-making
Provide technical leadership and mentorship while remaining deeply engaged in delivery
Clearly articulate technical decisions, trade-offs, and implementation approaches to stakeholders
Balance responsibilities across 50% hands-on development and 50% solution architecture
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow solution design and development
Strong experience with ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB (required)
Experience leading technical teams (hands-on leadership, not people management only)
Recent experience coding and customizing ServiceNow integrations and solutions
Proven ability to architect end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
Clear career progression from Developer → Engineer → Tech Lead / Architect
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain what was built, why it was built, and how decisions were made
Preferred
Exposure to ITOM, SecOps, and GRC modules
Platform Engineering or large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments
