2+ years expAdvantage Technical is a growing 3PL logistics organization, and they are hiring a WMS Application Support Technician to provide on-site support for Manhattan SCALE WMS and Nulogy. This role focuses on system stability, issue resolution, and process optimization, working closely with operations teams and technical SMEs.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary onsite contact for WMS and manufacturing application support
Troubleshoot Level 2 issues and escalate to SMEs or vendors as needed
Monitor system health, integrations, and RF device connectivity
Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) for enhancements, patches, and implementations
Assist with SOPs, documentation, and end-user training
Perform basic SQL validation and reporting
Support inventory reconciliation and data migration activities
Coordinate with IT resources to ensure RF devices, printers, and sensors communicate properly
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and WMS enhancement testing
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience supporting WMS or manufacturing applications
Manhattan SCALE experience strongly preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Understanding of warehouse operations and process flows
Basic SQL skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with operations
Ability to work fully onsite
Preferred
Nulogy exposure
EDI/API integration experience
RF device / printer support
Basic networking knowledge
