Responsibilities
Partner with product, development, and QA teams to elicit and document business requirements
Write and refine user stories with acceptance criteria using Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and prioritize work with stakeholders
Translate business needs into Salesforce solution designs and configuration specifications
Create data and interface mapping documents for Salesforce integrations with other systems
Query relational databases using SQL for analysis, troubleshooting, and integration mapping
Produce process and workflow diagrams using UML and BPMN
Create wireframes and UI design artifacts to communicate requirements visually
Present ideas and solutions clearly to both business and technical stakeholders in user-friendly language
Contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in an IT environment
Hands-on Salesforce experience - Health Cloud experience strongly preferred
Experience working in Agile methodology, including story grooming and sprint planning
Experience backlog grooming and prioritizing stories
Proficiency writing SQL queries (select statements, inner/outer joins, reading data dictionaries, understanding field types and keys)
Strong requirements elicitation skills with ability to understand and define business needs
Experience writing acceptance criteria in BDD (behavior driven design)
Experience creating wireframes and UI designs
Experience with UML and BPMN for creating process flows and diagrams
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
Healthcare industry experience required, preferably with understanding of provider operations
Preferred
Salesforce certification (any)
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional Business Analyst) certification
Experience with Visio and Confluence
