Strategic Account Manager
Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to lead and grow key client relationships as we pursue our $1B vision. This role focuses on expanding existing accounts, driving revenue, and positioning Alliance as a trusted partner for environmental compliance, on-site testing, monitoring, and laboratory services.
Responsibilities
Own and grow strategic client relationships as the primary point of contact
Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue and long-term value
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Alliance’s service portfolio
Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and technical teams
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
Use Salesforce and sales analytics to forecast and track performance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development
Proven success growing key accounts and hitting revenue targets
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in environmental services, compliance, testing, or lab services preferred
