Content Director
8 Limbs Creative is a fast-growing marketing agency based in St. Petersburg, Florida, helping legal brands and high-revenue service businesses turn attention into revenue. The Content Director will own the vision, strategy, and execution of content across clients and internal brands, ensuring alignment and performance in all content initiatives.

Responsibilities
Own the overall content strategy across social media, ads, funnels, and personal brands
Define content pillars, angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks per brand
Direct and oversee SMMs, video editors, and creatives
Review content before publishing to ensure quality, clarity, and alignment
Ensure content supports paid ads, lead generation, and funnel performance
Collaborate closely with Media Buyers, Funnel Builders, and Leadership
Analyze performance and refine content strategy based on what’s working
Maintain brand voice, positioning, and consistency across platforms
Set creative direction, not just execution instructions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading or directing content for brands or agencies
Strong understanding of marketing psychology, sales, and conversion-driven content
Ability to think in hooks, angles, narratives, and outcomes
Experience working with short-form, long-form, and ad creative
Comfortable giving feedback, direction, and structure to creative teams
Highly organized, decisive, and proactive
Knows how to balance creativity with performance
Preferred
Experience in high-ticket service industries (legal, fitness, wellness, medical, personal brands) is a plus
