Responsibilities
Build and evolve frontend systems using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks
Design and ship Python backends (FastAPI / Flask) with secure, high-performance APIs
Own PostgreSQL data modeling, indexing, query optimization, and schema migrations
Integrate internal and external APIs powering core workflows
Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, Lambda)
Maintain strong standards for testing, code quality, observability, and documentation
Communicate clearly in a fast-paced, async, remote team environment
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with React + Next.js (SSR, SSG, routing) and TypeScript
Deep frontend fundamentals and experience building scalable, maintainable UIs (Tailwind or similar systems)
Solid backend experience in Python, including async architectures and service-based systems
Experience with modern state management tools (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query)
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL performance and schema design
Hands-on experience running production workloads in AWS
Clear communicator, practical thinker, and collaborative team player
Preferred
Experience working with LLM APIs or AI-powered product features
Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI workflow automation
Exposure to agent-based systems, multi-step reasoning, or tool-integrated AI models
