Responsibilities
Drive the entire testing and validation process for body systems components, ensuring efficient setup, execution, and reporting
Design and fabricate custom test fixtures for complex bench test setups
Document test findings accurately and communicate them promptly for design and manufacturing process improvements
Coordinate with external test houses and T1 suppliers to meet test schedules and ensure accurate results
Review test reports and prepare summary results, driving DVP sign-off for product salability
Qualification
Required
Proficient in CAD software (CATIA, 3DX, or SolidWorks)
Experience with automotive interior/exterior validation and testing
Strong organizational and communication skills
At least 5 years of experience in automotive interior or exterior validation and testing at an OEM, Tier-1 supplier, or Test Lab
